Victor opened the practice in Still Bay in 1996. Thirty years and more than 2,000 projects later, he still reviews every design that leaves the office.
We involve everyone with a stake in a project early, from the estate agent to the owner, so the financial and environmental effects of a building are clear before construction starts. Our work has appeared in Homeowner magazine, including a modern house in Jongensfontein.
Over the years the practice has grown into a small, close team. Ewahn works on technical drawings, Casey on interiors and concept design, Lizet runs the office, Tiaan handles IT and marketing, and Isabel looks after the finances.
Between us we cover homes, commercial and industrial buildings, spec housing and 3D renderings, so whatever you have in mind, you can talk to one office about it.

The practice is registered with SACAP, the South African Council for the Architectural Profession. Your plans are prepared by registered professionals and drawn to the standard municipalities expect, which keeps approvals moving.
A good building starts with the people who will use it. We spend time on the site, the brief and the budget before we draw a line, because that is where most of the value in a project is decided.
Thirty years on the southern Cape coast have taught us how wind, salt air and strong sun treat a building. Our homes have been featured in Homeowner magazine, including a modern house in Jongensfontein, and the same thinking goes into every project, large or small.
